Registration Guidelines: Please ensure the following information and documents are ready before initiating the registration process.

▶ Registration must be completed in a single session. Kindly ensure a stable and uninterrupted internet connection throughout the process.
▶ Enter all details accurately as per the fields provided in the registration form.
▶ Information and documentation are mandatory for all travelers
(Dealer Partner and accompanying guests), as applicable per dealership.

Please be ready with the following documents for yourself and your companion/s:
- Confirmed return ticket^*
- Passport colour scanned copy (Both front and back page)^*
- Passport size photo^*
- Indonesia VISA
▶ Size of each document to be uploaded should not exceed 1 MB. Supported file format : jpeg & pdf.
▶ Documents uploaded should be renamed with your name, like – Arun Gupta Ticket, Arun Gupta Passport, Arun Gupta Photo & Arun Gupta Visa (Full name to be used).
▶ Please ensure that you validate your mobile number & email id for each traveller at the time of registration.
▶ Check-in time at the hotel is 15:00 on 12^th March and check-out time is 10:00 on 15^th March.
